Mr Mohd Anees Khan is founder of Anees & Associates. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2006 from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is actively involved in advising numerous corporate clients including MNC, Foreign Project Office in India, Foreign Subsidiaries on various aspects of Taxation in India.
His main areas of work include, Corporate Taxation, GST, Company Law, Project Financing etc.
He has vast experience of 13 years in the Industry.
She is Master in Commerce and an LLB. She has expertise in litigation and drafting.
A Consultant, having expertise in Income tax, GST, Drafting and Audit.
He is Master of Commerce and has expertise in Accountancy, GST and handling other departmental works.
She is semi qualified Company secretary and has vast expertise in ROC matters
